Bio diesel production Technology

For the first time India, Go Green Bioenergy is using new Bioenzymatic Technology for bio diesel production.

The major advantages of bioenzymes is their capability of catalyzing the Esterification and Transesterification reactions simultaneously, which allows them to be used for the production of bio diesel from high free fatty acids feed stocks (FFAs 0-100%).

Our major technology breakthrough is the development of modified-immobilized enzymes, characterized with their high resistance to methanol. Thus, these enzymes can be used for the production of biodiesel at commercial scales using any type of feed stock (FFAs 0-100%).

This breakthrough is based on our technology platform, consisting of Modification and adaptation of enzymes (lipases) and Immobilization of modified enzymes for industrial applications.

These immobilized enzymes can be used in multiple batch and continuous processes; they are highly active in solvent-free systems, tolerate the use of low-grade and cheap feed stocks of high contents of FFAs and polar lipids (phospholipids and glycolipids).

Capacity of the plant

  • Area required for capacity of 10 KL  is 2 Acres -Shed Size 2000 Sq.ft.
  • Area required for capacity of 30 KL is  2.5 Acres – Shed Size 3000 Sq.ft.

Depending upon the plant capacity area or Design can be customized.
